How to verify my dental insurance coverage

Two ways to verify if Impact Dental Care is in network with your insurance:

  • Call your insurance and ask if Impact Dental Care is an accepted provider.
  • Give us a call and we will call your insurance and verify if your treatment is covered.


We can help you get interest-free financing and pay overtime in easy installments. We offer financing thru different financial institutes so you have a choice. Call our office if you have any financing questions. You can apply any one of the following institutes to get financing when you need.


To finance out-of-pocket expense apply directly with the financing institutes or call our office to get directions for application process. Financing is subject to credit approval but once you are approved it could be used multiple times.

Credit Cards

Since credit cards are a commonly used method of payment nowadays, we accept various major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call and one of our team members will assist you.

Personal Checks and Cash

Since cash payments are fast and convenient, many patients choose to use this method of payment. We also accept personal checks at our office. Our team members are here to answer any questions you have, feel free to call.

No Dental Insurance Plan

Impact Dental Care is proud to provide the complete dental care to the communities of Lorton, Woodbridge, Stafford. If you do not have a dental insurance plan, you have an option to cover your dental treatment cost at affordable prices.

We offer in-house program to cover your dental treatment cost. Under the no-insurance plan you will receive the following benefits:

  1. Two Routine Dental Exams per year 
  2. Two Routine Cleanings per year
  3. Two Fluoride Treatments per year
    (Fluoride helps prevent tooth decay by making the tooth more resistant to acid attacks from plaque bacteria and sugars)
  4. Two emergency exams per year 
  5. Complete Set of X-rays once per year 
  6. 25% Discount on ALL dental treatments completed at Impact Dental Care
  7. One oral cancer screening per year
  8. One free digital scan per year

The total cost of the above treatment without any discount or insurance plan could easily add up to more than $1200.

What is the Cost of no-insurance plan:

At Impact Dental Care you pay $400 per year and all the above mentioned treatment is covered at no extra cost to you and you get 25% discount on any additional dental treatment completed with us.

  • No waiting periods
  • If you have a dental emergency, you will be seen the same day or earliest possible time

If you do not have any dental insurance coverage, you are eligible for this plan. This plan services cannot be combined with any dental insurance or other discounts. Patients diagnosed of periodontal (gum) disease may require more frequent cleanings which may not be covered by this plan.
